2. Server log data
When this website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary access data. This may include the IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser type, operating system and HTTP status. Processing takes place to provide the website securely and reliably and to prevent misuse, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is retained only for as long as required for operation and security.
3. Contact
If you contact us by email, by telephone or via the enquiry form on this website, we process the information you provide – such as name, company, contact details and your message – in order to handle your enquiry. Enquiries submitted via the form are stored in our customer relationship management system. Depending on the subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for general business communication. Data is stored in accordance with legal retention periods and only for as long as necessary for the purpose.
4. Cookies and external services
This website currently does not use non-essential cookies, web analytics or embedded content from external platforms. The enquiry form only uses the technically necessary session cookie. All fonts and design elements are delivered locally. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
5. Recipients and processors
Technical data may be processed by contracted IT and hosting providers as part of website operations. These providers act only under appropriate agreements and our instructions. Data is not disclosed for advertising purposes.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with future effect. Contact [email protected] for this purpose.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
7. Updates
This privacy policy will be adapted if website functions or legal requirements change. Version: July 2026.
