Order-driven assembly
Assembly runs in Innsbruck and Hungary on nested bills of material: 31,000 active BOMs, almost half of them with sub-assemblies, nested up to four levels. Of 12,400 manufacturing orders a year, 58 % are created straight from a sales order – the customer order pulls the sub-assemblies with it.
Warehouse automation
Around 500 picks per day run with connected warehouse automation – orders, stock and shipping in one flow.
AI with human approval
Order intake, order-confirmation reconciliation, invoice control and email triage run productively – decisions with business impact stay with people.
Ongoing operations
