In plain words: a fit-gap compares what the standard already does against what you actually need. A system map shows every system and where information is re-typed by hand – those points are the media breaks. A budget corridor is an honest range instead of a false exact figure. And the MVP scope is the smallest set that can go live and already carry value.
Commission the implementation within 60 days and 50 % of the assessment price is credited towards your project.

Platform is the foundation, the others dock onto it. The entry figure assumes the platform is in place and the data is workable; the typical range is what a real rollout with your own design, data cleanup and integrations comes to.

Response time is not resolution time
The response time is the time until a qualified reply: the ticket is understood, classified and the next step is clear. The actual resolution depends on cause, scope, data quality, third parties and necessary development.
Term and allowances
We recommend a minimum term of twelve months; shorter terms are calculated individually. Unused hours can be carried over for up to one month by agreement. Larger undertakings are planned separately.
